Birthday party hire questions

Which locations do you cater for?

Mostly the Darling Downs: Warwick, Toowoomba, Goondiwindi, Inglewood, Stanthorpe and nearby towns. If you are not sure we travel to your venue, ask.

Can the ice cream trailer come to my house?

Yes. For a backyard party we park at your place and serve from the window. If access is tight, tell us and we will work out what is possible.

Can the ice cream trailer serve a large crowd?

Yes. We serve events of all sizes, from small gatherings to large festivals.

Does the ice cream trailer need power?

Power at the venue is preferred, but the trailer can also run at an off-grid location.

Will the ice cream trailer fit at my venue?

The trailer fits most outdoor spaces. If your venue has size or access limits, tell us and we will work out what is possible.

Do we need to provide anything on the day?

No. We bring the trailer, the staff and the serving equipment, and we take care of the setup and the clean-up.

How long does the ice cream trailer take to set up?

We arrive at the event roughly 30 minutes to 1 hour before it starts. We set up, and we are serving.

Booking the trailer for a birthday party

No online calendar. You talk to Kelli, and she confirms your date herself.

    The party date, the address or venue and rough guest numbers.

  2. We call you

    Kelli rings to talk it through, confirm the date and give you a price.

  3. We arrive

    The trailer sets up and is ready to serve when you want it.

  4. Enjoy

    We serve your guests and take care of the clean-up.
