Dreamtime Ice Creamery (ABN 28 184 330 922) is a mobile ice cream trailer based in Inglewood, Queensland, owned and run by Kelli Mills. This page explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through this website, we collect what you type into the form:

  • Your name, phone number and email address.
  • The name of your school, club or business, if you give one.
  • Details of your event: the type of event, the town or venue, the date or dates, the start time and the rough number of guests.
  • Anything else you write in the message box.

If you phone or email us instead, we collect what you tell us in that call or email.

Like most websites, this site also records general visitor information, such as the pages people look at and the kind of device they use. This does not identify you by name.

Why we collect it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, to work out whether the trailer is free on your date, to give you a price, and to plan and run your event if you go ahead.

We use general visitor information to see how the website is being used and to improve it.

Where it goes

Your enquiry is sent by email to Kelli. A copy is also kept in the website's email log.

The website is hosted and maintained by service providers who may handle this information on our behalf, including our website host, our email provider and our web agency, Ivory Websites. Some of these providers may store information outside Australia.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not pass it to anyone else for their own marketing.

Marketing

We do not add you to a mailing list when you send an enquiry. We only contact you about the event you asked about.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses cookies and Google analytics tools to count visits and see which pages are used. You can block cookies in your browser settings and the site will still work.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and booking details for as long as we need them to run your event and to meet our record-keeping obligations. After that we delete them.

Keeping it secure

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No website or email service is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information, such as bank or card details, through the enquiry form.

Seeing or correcting your information
